Not correct. They are extremely intelligent dogs ! And like any other dog, if socialized well they do amazing with other dogs in the home. They are amazing watchdogs, it comes naturally to them - it's what they do.

Very misleading article. Canaani were used as service dogs in Israel, as well as for finding mines in the army. And they are really intelligent, just not so obedient. Oh, and they're excellent watchdogs.
